On Tuesday night clubs in Donegal will discuss the proposals outlined at the meeting held with Jim Mc Guinness last Friday.
The Donegal manager is seeking an agreement with the clubs that no championship games will be played as the county team prepare for the Ulster campaign.
Following an address from McGuinness, the clubs discussed the matter with a likely outcome of the championship in Donegal beginning when the county exit their championship, which could mean senior and intermediate games not starting to late August.
Officers have taken the deliberations of the meeting back to their clubs with a final decision to be made Tuesday night.
