Reacting to the announcement by the British Government, relatives of some of the victims have said that they have been left with no choice but to proceed with a judicial review.
Stanley McCombe, whose wife Ann was killed in the bombing, said he’s “devastated” by the British Government decision.
Mr McCombe said the reasons given for the refusal today “trivial” and he said relatives would immediately start pursuing a judicial review.
