The woman who is in her 20s was arrested in Ballyshannon and was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Ballyshannon Garda station.

His body was discovered at 5.10am by his wife Jo as she drove from her home in search of him.
Mr McSherry had moved from Birkenhead near Liverpool with his wife to Bundoran more than 15 years ago because they loved surfing.
He died in the townland of Ardfarn when he was walking home to his house just across the Co Leitrim border at Boyannagh after a night socialising.
