Labour Party chairman in Donegal pledges his support in protecting class sizes

PETERCUTLIFFEThe chairman of the Labour Party in Donegal has pledged his support to the Irish National Teachers Organisation and its upcoming meeting on protecting class sizes.
The INTO will meet in the Clanree in Letterkenny tomorrow evening, to address concerns over expected increases to class sizes as a result of next months budget. The meeting will be held at 8 o’clock and will be open to the public.
Chairman of the Labour Party in the county, Peter Cutliffe, stated that he is opposed to any increases in class size, and he will gladly convey any concerns from parents and teachers to Minister for Education.
He voiced his support for the INTO, stating that it is important children get the optimum oppertunity to learn and develop from a young age:
