The Pan Celtic Festival will take place in Derry for the next two years. At a thank you event for Fleadh volunteers in the city at the weekend, it was confirmed that the Pan Celtic Festival which was recently hosted in Letterkenny, will be held in Derry over the Easter period in 2014 and 2015.
It will be the first time the event has taken place north of the border, with around 10,000 people expected to take part.
Festival spokesperson Donnchadh Mac Neilis says this is part of a process of building on the success of this year’s Fleadh……………
