Dr Maguire Cup
The battle for the 2013 Donegal Senior Club Championship title has come down to Glenswilly and Killybegs.
Both sides won their respective semi finals over the weekend in Ballybofey with Glenswilly beating Ardara and Killybegs overcoming Malin.
On Saturday night the winners of the Dr Maguire cup in 2011 Glenswilly survived a 2nd half charge from Ardara to win by just a single score 1-14 to 0-16.
Colin Kelly’s goal in the first half proved to be the winning score but the upright also played its role deep in injury time as Peter Mc Neillis’ effort came off the woodwork to deny Ardara a draw.
Glenswilly Manager Gary Mc Daid said his side’s knowledge of losing previous semi finals stood to them on Saturday.

Killybegs are back in a county senior final for the first time since 2010.
Without a win in the league this year and going is as underdogs against Malin, they pulled off a 0-11 to 1-7 victory over the Inishowen side.
After been reduced to 14 men when Enda Murphy was sent off and then trailing after Michael Byrne scored Malin’s goal, the Killybegs boys went into top gear and their response was perfect.
Killybegs Manager Martin Boyle says his men have to do themselves justice in this years championship.
