A leading Donegal solicitor has again highlighted the cramped conditions at Letterkenny Court House.
Paudge Dorrian says yesterday the courtroom was packed and has warned of a potential risk to people’s health and safety.
He has also highlighted the plight of prisoners who often confined to a space in a prison van the size of a phone box for 12 hours as there isn’t sufficient holding room in the courthouse.
