A second person is to be prosecuted for the manslaughter of a County Monaghan teenager who was attacked in Omagh.
19-year-old Jason McGovern was attacked twice after leaving a nightclub on 31 December and found dead hours later at a friend’s house.
Six people have been charged over his death.
