Derry Council holds emergency meeting over radioactive waste dumping at Culmore

ToxicDerry City Council will tomorrow hold an emergency meeting following revelations that radioactive waste was dumped in Culmore three decades ago without public knowledge.
Recently release confidential government files revealed solid nuclear waste was buried in the area between 1977 and 1982.
It is not yet clear if the waste remains, how much there is of or if it presents a health risk.
