A Donegal County Cllr has claimed that he has been told that the Catholic Chapel at Letterkenny General Hospital will remain on the hospital grounds.
Fears had been raised in the past few months that the facility, which had been closed since the flooding catasrophe in July, would not be replaced.
Cllr Noel McBride met with hospital management this week to discuss the current situation.
He says the new facility may not be in the current location, but it will be more modern and meet peoples needs:
