It’s been confirmed that a new bridge is to be approved for planning at Fintra in Killybegs.
Donegal County Council are to confirm at their meeting on Monday that the construction work has been approved.
The bridge is a vital link giving access to Kilcar, Carrick and Glencolmcille.
Although planning has been approved, funding as yet to be found for the conmstruction.
