The Taoiseach’s admitting not enough money has been earmarked for flood defence works in the years ahead.
Enda kenny’s been quizzed in the Dáil over the coalition’s plans to spend 250 million on relief works by the O-P-W.
But Cork alone needs up to 10 kilometres of walled defences at a cost of between 50 and 100 million euro.
