Donegal woman welcomes Dublin solicitor being struck off

Susan GreyA Donegal woman has welcomed a Dublin solicitor who represented her being struck off the roll of solicitors by the High Court.
Greg O’Neill, formerly practising at the Chapel Building, Mary’s Abbey, Dublin, was struck off the roll of solicitors by the court on a number of admitted counts of misconduct.
One of the complainants was Susan Grey of the Road Saferty Group PARC – she told how the devastation at the death of her husband was exacerbated by the failure of Mr O’Neill to represent her family at her husband’s inquest after she instructed him to do so.
She has welcomed the court’s decision and hopes her pursuing the case encourages others:
