A Donegal Councillor is expressing concern at the lack of political movement with two weeks to go until the controversial 10 pounds levy is imposed on trucks entering Northern Ireland.
The issue hit the headlines last month when a number of hauliers in Donegal met to discuss the impending tax, but since then, not much has happened, with the tax due to be introduced on April 1st.
