Donegal land prices go up but very little is changing hands publicly

There has been a slight increase in land values in County Donegal but the figures show that very little land is being sold in the county publicly.
The figures show the average price paid for land in Donegal increased by 4.4%.
The statistics are contained in the annual land price magazine published by The Irish Farmers Journal.
