Ryan Mc Hugh named GAA/GPA’s Young Player of the Year

Ryan Mc Hugh has won the 2014 Young Player of the Year at the All Star awards in Dublin.
The Kilcar lad was honoured for his fantastic efforts during the championship which included his performance against Dublin in the All Ireland Semi Final where he scored two goals.
McHugh was named ahead of his fellow club and county man Patrick McBrearty and Galway’s Shane Walsh.
Donegal’s Neil Mc Gee was pipped to the Football of the Year award by Kerry’s star forward James O’Donoghue.
McGee, Michael Murphy, Neil Gallagher and Paul Durcan also picked up their All Star trophies this evening.
