St Eunan’s have won the Donegal Senior Football Championship for the second time in three years.
The Letterkenny club beat Glenswilly 0-9 to 0-6 to lift the Dr Maguire Cup at MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey.
Maxi Curran’s side were the deserving winners thanks to big performances from the likes of man of the match John Haran, Rory Kavanagh, Eamon Doherty and Conor Parke.
Conal Dunne scored 0-5 for Eunan’s while Michael Murphy top scored for Glenswilly with 0-3 from frees.
It wasn’t a classic but the tactical battle was won by St Eunan’s who now meet Fermanagh Champions Roslea in the Ulster Club Championship next Sunday.
