Ulster Council award Monaghan Harps Intermediate title

At a Ladies Ulster Council meeting on Tuesday night, Monaghan Harps were crowned Ulster Ladies Intermediate Club Champions for 2014.
The Harps Four Masters final last Sunday was deemed a draw after the referee and the scoreboard had different scorelines.
The referee had indicated to both sides that Four Masters were leading with five minutes to go and had also told the Donegal Town girls they had won the match when the final whistle was blown but the scoreboard told a different story.
The Ulster Council meet last night and awarded the game to Monaghan on the scoreline 1-08 to 2-04, the same score that was on the board on Sunday.
