The Ulster Ladies intermediate Final involving Four Masters and Monaghan Harps is to be replayed tomorrow night.
Last night the GAA’s Central Council heard an appeal from Four Masters into the decision by the Ulster Council to award victory in the Ulster Final to Monaghan Harps.
The final – which was played in Brewster Park last Sunday week – ended in farcical scenes amid confusion over the scoreline.
The match was eventually declared a draw – but in a follow up meeting the UIlster Council awarded victory to Monaghan Harps.
That decision was appealed by Four Masters and the outcome of that appeal to Crioke park is that the Ulster Final is now considered null and void and a replay will take place tomorrow night under floodlights at a venue to be confirmed.
