Donegal Sinn Féin Representatives are to Meet Saolta Group Management over concerns about Letterkenny General Hospital.
Donegal Sinn Féin Deputies Pádraig Mac Lochlainn and Pearse Doherty, along with HSE West/ North West Health Forum member Cllr. Gerry McMonagle are meeting with management at 1.30 tomorrow.
They are due to discuss the on-going issues at Letterkenny General Hospital: the hospital’s ongoing overcrowding crisis and the hospital’s Cancer Services.
Speaking to Highland Radio News, Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn says he met with General Manager Sean Murphy recently who said there was no immediate threat to the breast care unit but long term, to go backwards in terms of services is unacceptable:
