Police in Derry investigate shop robbery on Laurel Hill Road

Police in Derry are investigating an armed robbery at a shop in the city last evening.
It happened in the Laurel Hill Road area at around 6.20pm.
It’s understood a man, believed to be in his mid 20s and armed with a knife, made off from the shop with a sum of money and a quantity of cigarettes.
No-one was injured in the incident.
