Tyrrell returns for Ireland England showdown

The Irish women’s team to face England in Ashbourne on Friday night has been named and there’s only one change.
Hannah Tyrrell comes back into the starting 15 having completed her return to play protocols.
Once again Donegal girls Larissa Muldoon and Nora Stapleton start at 9 and 10 while Katie Norris is named on the replacements.
Ireland are looking to get back on track after suffering defeat last time out to France.
