Championship seeding in Tyrone rejected

Clubs in Tyrone have turned down the proposal of seeding the Tyrone Football Championship draws.
A vote this week went against the plan to keep apart the top eight teams at the first round stage of next year’s championship.
The stand out first round fixture this year is a repeat of last year’s final with Champions Omagh St Enda’s set to clash again with Carrickmore.
If the new seeding system was past it would have applied across the board to the Senior, Intermediate and Junior Championships.
