Gardai are warning that ‘boy-racers’ at the Joule Donegal International Rally will be dealt with severely this weekend.
Inspector Michael Harrison said anyone coming into the county in modified cars and performing illegal manoeuvres will find themselves before the courts.
But he is also stressing that the vast majority of those following the rally do not break the law.
