Concerns have been raised once again in relation to the water supply in the Derrybeg area.
It’s been claimed that water pipes have burst on numerous occasions, which has left residents fearful of drinking from their water supply.
Both Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle and Cllr Michéal Cholm Mac Giolla Easpaig have been in contact with Irish Water about the infrastructure in the area.
In a statement, Irish Water have said work will be carried out to upgrade some of the lines.
However, Cllr Michéal Cholm Mac Giolla Easpaig says the work promised is simply not sufficient:
