Sinead Jennings became the 4th person from Donegal to qualify for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games on Saturday.
Jennings and her partner Claire Lambe finished third in this mornings B final of the lightweight women’s double skulls at the World Rowing Championships in France, which secured her place in the Olympics.
Highland’s Athletics correspondent Patsy McGonagle, who has been Ireland’s Team Manager at previous Olympic Games, named her Donegal’s ‘Best all round athlete’ during an interview with Kenny Harkin on Saturday Sport.
