Man to appear in Derry Magistrates court today over drug offences

Detectives from Reactive and Organised Crime Branch have seized drugs with a potential street value of £50,000-£75,000 after searching a property in Draperstown.
Cannabis plants and herbal cannabis were uncovered during a search in the High Street area of the town yesterday.
A 35 year old man has been charged with possession and cultivation of class B drugs with intent to supply.
He will appear at Derry  Magistrates Court this morning.
Detective Chief Inspector Stephen Wright said police were committed to removing illegal drugs from communities.
