LYIT in Higher Education Football and Hurling draws

Following today’s Higher Education football and hurling draw’s, the Letterkenny Institute of Technhology know the opponents for their games at the start of next year.
The LYIT footballers will be at home in the quarter finals of the Trench Cup on February 10th/11th against the winners of the preliminary tie between IT Tallaght and Cavan Institute.
The Letterkenny hurlers will face University of Ulster Coleriane in the quarter finals of the Corn Padraig MacDiarmada on February 4th.
Among the other last eight ties, University of Ulster Magee have been given a home draw against Cavan Institute.
The LYIT and Magee could meet in the semi finals on February 16th.
