GAA: Mixed results for Donegal schools in Ulster Colleges Competitions

Gaelic_football_ballThere were mixed results for Donegal schools in the latest games in the Ulster colleges gaelic football competitions (yesterday).
In the Danske Bank Marley Cup U-18 A competition, Abbey Vocational School in Donegal Town booked their place in the decider after winning their semi-final replay 2-10 to 1-8 against Bailieboro Community School.
Meanwhile, in the other semi-final, Glenties Community School were beaten 0-14 to 0-11 by Fermanagh Schools.
In the Danske Bank Ward Cup U-18 B football quarter-final Colaiste Ailigh of Letterkenny lost 3-7 to 0-7 against St. Mary’s College of Limavady.
St. Mary’s will play Dean Maguire College, Carrickmore in the semi-final.
Also in the Ward Cup, in a semi-final game, St. Aidan’s College, Cootehill beat Moville Community College 0-15 to 2-2.
