It was an exciting end to Derry’s game away to Laois on Sunday that ended with a flurry of points as the match ended in a draw.
Derry scored five goals during the match but Laois registered an impressive 22 points over the bar to counter Derry’s goalscoring.

Laois led by three points as the game drew to a close, but Derry’s Sammy Bradley levelled the match with a goal.
But Laois hit three points and with only four minutes remaining might have done enough to see it out.
However, Derry’s Mark Lynch got a goal to tie it up, only for Laois to hit straight back and lead by a point – until a James Kielt point for Derry finally tied the game at full-time.
Meanwhile, Derry’s hurlers lost against London on Sunday in the early action at Celtic Park.
The full-time result in National Hurling League, Division 2A, was Derry 0-13 v London 0-16.
