He looked ahead at Division One and Division Two of the Donegal Club All-County Football Leagues.
He said the standout story from the top division is the performances of Gweedore.
They have been setting the pace with two wins and a draw and Frank questions whether they can carry this early form into the Championship.
In Division Two, he says the spotlight is on Killybegs as they are bottom of the table and have no points.
