Double success for Rhys Irwin at Snetherton

The Irwin brothers from Kilmacrennan were back on the podium over the Bank Holiday weekend at the third round of the UK Championships in Snetherton.
Rhys took two wins in superb fashion on Monday to extend his lead at the top of the Superteen Championship.
The 13 year old also took a second and third place finish in the opening two races on Sunday.
Older brother Caolan also had a good few days, with four podium finishes.
Over the four races in the Supertwins Championship, he took two seconds, a third and a 4th while in the 450 Aprilia Challenge the Leaving Cert student took 3rd in race 1 and 4th in race 2.
