Donegal’s Manus Kelly won the Carlow Stages Rally competing in a Subaru WRC for the first time.
He secured victory despite stalling at the start.
But in the end, with co-driver Donal Barrett, they won by almost ten seconds ahead of Clonmel’s Roy White and Cork’s James O’Brien.
Kelly was delighted with the outcome…
