The first building advice expo of its kind in Donegal is taking place next month with people planning to build new homes invited to attend.
Build 16 will include talks from a solicitor, an architect, experts in cost saving construction and energy efficiency and is to be held in Letterkenny on June 11th
The event sponsored by EBS, was organised in response to a recent surge in plans for new builds in the county.
