The new appointed Minister of State for the Diaspora and Overseas Development Aid says he is reading his briefs at the moment, and the more he does so, the more he believes it is a significant appointment.
Minister Mc Hugh’s brief brief encompasses the departments of the Taoiseach, Foreign Affairs and Trade.
He says a lot of work has been done on the diaspora in Donegal, and that’s a model he’d like to see extended to other counties……….
