Mc Conalogue seeks assurances on future of CAP

A Donegal Deputy is calling for assurances that CAP funding will continue in light of political speculation over its future following the Brexit referendum.
The funding secures the livelihoods of farmers across Europe, including 130,000 family farms in Ireland by ensuring a safe and secure supply of food.
Deputy Charlie McConalogue, the Fianna Fail Agriculture Spokesperson, says this funding is vital to farmers in the county and nationwide, therefore Minister Creed has a responsibility to seek certainty on the issue:
