A Donegal County Councillor has called on the local authority to strengthen the Casual Trading Bye-laws on beaches.
Councillor Noel Jordan used the example of Rossnowlagh – he says it can be chaotic on the beach in the summer with unlicenses traders operating.
He is calling for a clear set of by-laws on the issue – he says traders should be properly licensed before they can operate on Council property………..
