Donegal 5k won by a Derry athlete while Letterkenny AC won men’s team event

There were great performances in today’s Donegal 5k which was won by a Derry athlete.
Declan Reed of City of Derry finished first in a time of 15:19.
Ciaran Doherty of Letterkenny AC finished first in a time of 15:28.
Mark Hoy of Finn Valley AC finished first in a time of 15:55.
The first female finisher was Fionnuala Diver of Letterkenny AC.
She finished in a time of 18:17.
In the senior men’s team section, Letterkenny AC took first place.
Its name consisted of Ciaran Doherty, Anthony Doherty, and Ivan Toner, and Martin Tooley.
Letterkenny AC took the ladies’ section, with Fionnuala Diver leading the way.
