Right2Water Donegal urge TDs to back new referendum bill

Another attempt is to be made this week to have a referendum on the issue of Irish Water.
On Wednesday, People Before Profit TD Joan Collins will move a bill to hold a referendum to rule out any future privatisation of water.
The Bill proposes an amendment to article 28 of the Constitution which would ensure the government remains responsible for the management of the public water system.
