25 people waiting for a bed at Letterkenny University Hospital

There were 25 people awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the latest figures from the INMO – the same figure as yesterday. 
11 people were waiting on trolleys in the Emergency Department while a further 14 were on wards or in overflow areas.
South Tipperary General Hospital is the most overcrowded in the country today according to nurses.
42 patients are on trolleys in the facility’s emergency department and overflow area of wards, while University Hospital Limerick has 38 people waiting.
In all 485 patients are recorded in the latest trolley watch report.
