Annual Arts Grants Scheme now open to applicants

Donegal County Council is inviting applications for their annual Arts Grants Scheme.
The scheme enables the local authority to provide funding assistance to individuals and groups engaged in creative projects in the county.
 
In considering applications for the Scheme, Donegal County Council will take into account the extent to which the activities for which an arts grant is being sought according with their policies and priorities in the development of the arts.
Priority is given to activities which contribute significantly to the cultural life of the host community and to the cultural life of Donegal.
Applications are being invited from individual artists, arts groups, community groups, schools, festivals and events organisers, to the Scheme of Arts Grants 2017.
Application forms in both English and Irish can be downloaded on the Councils website and completed applications to the Scheme will be accepted until 5pm on Friday, 3 March.
