Four Donegal athletes on Irish European u20 team

Four Donegal Athletes have been included on a forty strong Ireland team for the European u20 Championships later this month.
Finn Valley’s Shane Irwin will run the 4 x 400m while Brendan O’Donnell of Lifford Strabane Ac has been selected for the Hammer.
Finn Valley’s female runners Janine Boyle and Arlene Crossan will also compete at the championships.
Boyle will run the 100m and the 4 x 100m while Crossan will feature in the 400m hurdles and the 4 x 400m.
The European U20 Championships take place in Grosseto, Italy from the 20th – 23rd July 2017.
