Big day on Sunday for Lagan U12 girls

Lagan Harps U12 girls will play in the FAI National Challenge Cup Finals at the AUL Dublin this Sunday 29th October.
Lagan last qualified for the National Stage back in 2011. The FAI re-organised the qualifying structures three years ago, which makes it more difficult for clubs within the county to qualify for the final stage.
The girls finished in the top two in Donegal to reach the final of the FAI North West Region, where they competed against the top two teams in Inishowen League and the Sligo/Leitrim Schoolgirls League.
So far this year, Lagan ‘s U12 girls lifted the Donegal Women’s League, Cup, Ulster Cup and the FAI North West Cup.
On Sunday they will play Newbridge FC from Kildare, Ringmahon Rangers from Cork and Cavan Shamrocks from Cavan.
