A Donegal County Councillor is warning that Donegal and other rural parts of Ireland are being eliminated in the Draft National Planning Framework.
The plan which sets out the Government’s strategic plan for Ireland leading up to 2040 currently focuses on Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford with a view of accommodating 50 per cent of overall national growth between them.
