Ballinascreen of Derry won through to the final of the Ulster Minor Club Tournament at St. Paul’s in Belfast on Tuesday when they held on for a three point win over Rossa of County Antrim.
Ballinascreen won by 2-5 to Rossa’s 0-8; their two goals both coming in the first half with Eunan McBride and Reece McSorley finding the net.
Worryingly, the Derry side managed only a single point in the second half – but they ran out winners by three points, and will play Enniskillen Gaels in the final
The Fermanagh side beat St. Eunan’s of Letterkenny in their semi-final on Saturday.
