Donegal County Council is being urged to write to the Department of Transport to fast track the necessary funding to repair flood damage in Donegal.
In its response, the local authority say that significant costs have already been recouped and are satisfied that more is available when required.
However Cllr. Noel Andrew Jordon says this funding only goes towards road infrastructure and this is not good enough:
