John Kelly wins Male Shot Putt for LYIT at IUAA Indoor Track and Field Championships

John Kelly of LYIT finished in first place in the Male Shot Putt at the IUAA Indoor Track and Field Championships which was held at Athlone IT yesterday.
16.76m was the winning throw for Kelly, 1.2m ahead of his nearest rival in second place.
Gavin McLaughlin, also of LYIT, finished in third place with a 13.15m throw.
