A Midlands North West MEP says commitments, not words are needed from a Cabinet meeting in Sligo on Friday where the National Planning Framework will be published.
MEP Marian Harkin says, successive Governments have failed to provide a safe route from Dublin to the North West which has had grave human outcomes as well as economic disadvantage.
She is calling for positive, practical, costed proposals which will deliver competitive infrastructure for the region and says they now needs to deliver:
