One person charged in Strabane in connection with serious incident

One person has been arrested and charged in Strabane as part of an investigation into what Police have described as a very serious incident.
The PSNI are currently investigating an incident in the Springhill Park area of the town, involving burglary, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, false imprisonment and criminal damage.
Anyone with information relating to the event that occurred sometime between 10pm and 1am on Saturday night last, is asked to come forward.
