A West Tyrone MLA has hit out at those responsible for a burglary in Strabane in recent days.
On Friday last, £500 was stolen from man in his 60s after receiving a visit from who he thought were friendly callers.
The man is understood to be disabled and was saving the money with a view of buying a mobility scooter.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
